Yes. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please ensure the recipient has the correct ticket details.

Some events have age restrictions, which will always be listed on the event page. Valid photo ID may be required for entry, and entry may be refused without refund if age requirements are not met.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are only available if a show is cancelled. If postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, please contact us and we’ll advise on available options.

We only provide early bird discounts and member discounts. Other discounts (such as student or group) are not available unless stated for a specific event.

Tickets are sent electronically via email. Please bring your e-ticket (printed or on your phone) for scanning at the venue entrance. Admission is subject to venue rules, security checks, and capacity.

Prohibited items include outside food and drinks, large bags, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment. Recording or streaming the show, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with venue rules may result in removal without refund.
